

Another ab circuit for you guys to try out. It might look easy but I promise it’s not. Not only will you be working your abs, but engaging your core for stability as well.
6 exercises. 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off.
3 Rounds with a 1-minute rest in between each round.
If you find 40 seconds to be too difficult, try 30 seconds instead.
